There will be a clinic (veterinarian blood draw and shipping only) at the BMDCW Regional Specialty on Monday 10/9 immediately following the completion of judging!

* Above cost is only the clinic fee. It does not include the cost of the Antagene HS test. This fee will cover supplies and international shipping costs.

Prior to Clinic:

1. Create an account with Antagene Link: ANTAGENE
2. Add your dog to your account.
3. Purchase the HS test online under your dog.
4. Email or mail a copy of your proof of payment to S. Wolfgang This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Mail must include your check (made out to BMDCW) for the clinic fee, email Sally for mailing address. If you are submitting proof of payment via email, then PayPal account information will be provided for clinic fee.
5. Depending on the number of dogs signed up a schedule with your blood draw number may be provided or it will be on a first come first serve basis. This is TBD.

Day of Clinic:

1. Bring a clean dog for the blood draw.
2. Bring the pre-filled Genetic Test Submission Form from the Antagene website.

3. The required Memorandum of Agreement will be provided to you at the clinic.

Please note: You may have blood drawn by your veterinarian and brought to the clinic. The fee schedule is the same as above. Prepaid receipt and paperwork requirements are the same. Please reach out to Sally Wolfgang for additional information if you are bringing your own blood.

Your results will be posted to your Antagene account online.
